Beatrice Au is Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Delivery at OCI. She is responsible for delivering new datacenter capacity and expanding existing regions on a global scale to meet customer demand.
Beatrice joined Oracle in 2015 among the first 100 employees of OCI. She was tasked with building OCI’s very first datacenter and has led the delivery of every region build since then. Prior to joining Oracle, Beatrice worked at Amazon where she was responsible for capacity planning for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Beatrice holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from Dartmouth.

Cynthia Carver leads the delivery of Microsoft's hyper-scale, low-latency network, connecting customers globally to the Microsoft Cloud. Her team supports over 200 online services, including Bing, Office 365, and Azure Cloud, managing millions of servers. With 20+ years at Microsoft, Cynthia's diverse tech background spans roles in Publishing, MSN.com, Search Operations, and Supply Chain management. Previously, she worked as a medical professional at Overlake Hospital. Cynthia is passionate about inspiring her team and fostering a high-trust culture. A graduate of Washington State University, she has also completed Stanford's Executive Supply Chain program and Dale Carnegie leadership training. Outside of work, Cynthia is an advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and enjoys outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest.

Sarah McComb is a co-founder and current President of the Women’s Tech Forum in addition to her day job as a Principal Business Developer at Amazon Web Services responsible for strategic subsea investments across the Pacific. With almost 20 years’ experience in network acquisition and planning, Sarah has been with AWS for almost 6 years and spent 4+ years at Microsoft prior. Outside of an abiding fascination with subsea cables, Sarah’s main passion is for the advancement and promotion of women in our industry. Sarah holds a BA in Foreign Language International Affairs from the University of Puget Sound.

Marie Li is Senior Manager, Global Data Centers Portfolio Management at OCI, with 9 years of transactions experience in finance and commercial real estate investments. Marie oversees a multibillion dollar leased data center portfolio in over 70 OCI regions globally. Prior to joining OCI, Marie was an investment manager at QuadReal Property Group, where she spent 5 years negotiating complex commercial transactions globally (totaling $2.2 billion). Marie started her career at Goldman Sachs and holds a MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
